Making Safety A Priority:

Keeping our members, staff and visitors safe is our top priority. To help us all navigate the challenges of COVID-19 while getting back to work, we have implemented the following measures to help everyone stay safe:

Social Distancing:

We are asking everyone to keep 6’ apart from others, including in meeting rooms.

We are asking everyone to wear masks when in shared spaces like reception areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas. Anyone entering without a mask is offered one by our receptionist.

We have reduced the maximum capacity of our meeting rooms to allow for 6’ separation between guests.

Cleaning and Sanitizing:

We have provided hand sanitizer in key spots throughout our space and are encouraging everyone to use them frequently or wash hands frequently.

We are wiping down high touch points in meeting rooms after each use and frequently throughout the day in shared spaces.

Our evening cleaning service has added additional measures to control germs such as using antimicrobial cloths and disinfecting products as well as giving extra attention to high-touch surfaces throughout our shared spaces.

Kitchens & Signage:

Signs have been placed in frequented areas reminding us all of the steps needed to prevent the spread of germs.

We are providing disposable plates and utensils in our kitchens and providing hand sanitizer next to coffee pots and microwaves to aid in reducing the need for people to touch common items and the ability to do so with clean hands. We also wipe down high-touch surfaces in kitchens frequently.

Information and Communication:

We encourage everyone to stay informed about best practices for fighting COVID-19 by visiting the Centers for Disease Control website at www.cdc.gov.
