Frequently Asked Questions

Executive Suite Features and Benefits

Executive suites (also known as gold suites, office business centers, serviced offices, and temporary or short-term office space) provide office space with flexible terms and more services than conventional office space.  You rent a private office and share common areas such as the lobby, meeting rooms, and break areas.  You also share a receptionist, copiers, and other office equipment.  The centers are already finished with high-end decor, furniture, and amenities.

Office business centers give small businesses access to corporate-style amenities, atmosphere and technology without a large up-front investment. The services provided vary by center, but generally include personalized telephone answering services, high speed Internet access, receptionist services, mail and shipping services, utilities, janitorial service, and building maintenance.

There are an estimated 5,000 office business centers operating in the United States, and 7,500 worldwide. As the many advantages that these centers have to offer are becoming better known, both small and large businesses are increasingly using them to meet their office needs.

Front Range Business Centers can provide the flexibility and value to meet your needs. Take a look at our full-time office and virtual office packages.

Businesses large and small, local and international, start-up and well-established all use OBC’s. The flexibility, services, and overall value offered by OBC’s make them a sensible office solution for a variety of users. Start-ups, attorneys, consultants, financial advisors, sales representatives, and regional or satellite offices all find office business centers to be a cost-effective option for obtaining the professional services and image they need without the high costs that usually come with them.

Companies whose office space needs to change frequently due to seasonal sales, a rapidly changing marketplace, or rapid expansion find office business centers offer the flexibility and short-term solutions to accommodate their needs. Large companies use office business centers for satellite offices or when they need quick space as they enter a new market.

Finally, home-based businesses and mobile executives use the virtual office features of office business centers to secure a mailing address, phone answering, and an as-needed workspace and meeting place.

Taking advantage of fully furnished and equipped executive suite space can provide huge financial and time savings. An “instant office” eliminates most of the start-up costs associated with traditional office space.  Upfront costs like remodeling, furniture and equipment can all be avoided.  Monthly costs are greatly reduced through the shared services and spaces included with the monthly fee. These shared items also have tremendous time savings because you do not have to spend your time managing and maintaining them.

A Virtual Office provides all of the benefits of a private office, without the actual private office. We provide your business with any or all of these services:

  • a phone number,
  • business mailing address,
  • phone answering, and/or
  • meeting room or day office use. (A day office is an office available for use by the hour that is fully equipped with a desk, phone, and Internet access.)  Plug in your laptop and you’re ready to work.

A virtual office is a great resource for home-based businesses, mobile executives, sales representatives based out of the area, or anybody wanting a professional office presence in Northern Colorado. See our Virtual Offices page for more details.
